• 3 days (two nights with breakfast) for two people in a superior room

• A visit to the museum in the historic town of Hum, the Glagolitic Alley and a tour of the “Aura” – House of Biska (Istrian fruit brandy) with an unforgettable tasting of premium brandies and jams in the smallest town in the world
• Ipša wine, olive oil and truffle tasting
  • Guided tasting where you get to know the family tradition, products and production philosophy by tasting several extra virgin olive oils and wines. The tour also includes a tour of the estate, an oil mill and an olive grove
    • Tasting includes:
      • guided tasting with 3 types of olive oil and three selected labels of Ipša wine
      • tour of the family estate, oil mill and visit to the olive grove
      • snacks of the Istrian cuisine (fingerfood) blends well with oils and wines, you will try homemade cold cuts from local producers (prosciutto, sausages or coppa/budjola), bruschetta, several types of cheese and homemade bread, bruschetta with truffle spread, truffle cheese and scrambled eggs with truffles*
